Serenity HK Limited is dedicated to a variety of initiatives aimed at promoting employment for the silver-age and middle-aged people in Hong Kong. Our initiatives range from retraining programs to internship opportunities, all designed to address the challenges of an aging population and labor shortage in the region. Through our initiatives, we aim to create a positive impact on the community, foster social inclusion, and contribute to the overall well-being of individuals.

ABOUT US 

Serenity HK Limited is a Hong Kong social enterprise founded in 2025, with the mission of promoting employment for the silver-age and middle-aged people , solving the challenges of Hong Kong's aging population and labor shortage. We are committed to becoming a leading re-employment referral platform in Hong Kong.

 

In light of the rising demand of healthcare and wellness in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area , Serenity HK aims to utilizes the retraining skills & capability of the silver- age group and encourage middle-aged labour force to promote community participation. Those who finished training programs will be given internship opportunities to accumulate their practical experience over times , meanwhile, it gives them hope and rewards to contribute to the vitality of the community.

Serenity HK also provides a platform for Hong Kong SME owners to connect with the silver-age and middle-aged labour force with job matching opportunities . In short, Serenity HK has established a comprehensive community employment network through a strong employer group in the health industry, encouraging middle-aged people to continue to work, allowing employees to obtain stable income, enjoy meaningful work, and promote social inclusion.
